Is Goal Line Technology Needed Throughout The World?

Over the years, goal line technology has been deeply needed in top competitions throughoutthe world. Most notably in South Africa's World Cup in 2010, England had fired a goal that had crossed the line, yet it was not counted. Throughout the years, balls that had crossed the line in important fixtures or in derbies added to the much heated discussion. This year however, Fifa have decided to add the Goal Line Technology into the world's best league, the Premier League. Below, you can watch some of the tests FIFA has done in different situations

With all 20 stadiums of England's top tier installed with the required assets, this season will be a trial for FIFA to have an eye whether they will require every league in the world to have the goal line technology. The Premier League having numerous ocassions when the ball crossed the line and the goal not being given, it will be a hell of a ride, as referees will also have a say whether the goal stands. A company that will be profitable with this will be HawkEye, as they are the company that installed all of the goal line technology throughout the 20 stadiums of the clubs of the Premier League.

Whether people agree or disagree, the goal line technology will perhaps be an asset that will help the type of football we play today.
